Think of magnesium oil as an Epsom salt bath without the bath. Magnesium oil is made with magnesium chloride instead of magnesium sulfate so it’s a little bit more potent magnesium that you get to spritz on your strain, sprains, and achy muscles… Highly recommend spritzing on the bottom of your feet for you go to bed for a really good night’s sleep. 😉
